INFORMATION ON RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We will happily replace new, unworn / unused items if they are damaged upon receipt of shipment. Item(s) must be returned in original condition with tags attached (if present). We do accept returns or exchanges on items that do not fit, or you no longer like if the return is initiated within five (5) calendar days from delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for any return or exchange.
HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE
- Email hiyall@sewingdownsouth.com with your order number, item you need to return / exchange, and the reason for your request.
- Our Customer Service Team will be in contact within 24 business hours of your email with instructions on how to process your request.
We do not accept merchandise returned with signs of wear, damage, alteration or without tags. Your refund will be credited to the same method of payment used to make the original purchase. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your exchange so you know it’s on the way.
